"Secrets Behind the Caves to Castle Exhibiton"

"Breakfast at The Bead Museum" will be held again on Wed., June 23 at 9:00 AM.  This month's guest tour guide will be our one and only Curator and Collections Manager Karen Karn.  She will focus on little known facts about the "From Caves to Castles Exhibiton."  Cost is $5 for members and $10 for non- members. Mark your calendar now for every fourth Wednesday of the month and don't miss this unique and intimate way to enjoy the Bead Museum.

Need a little sparkle? Swarovski Crystal is the most recognized name in crystals in the world. Stop in June 11th and 12th for our first time ever Swarovski CrystalTrunk Show.  Since 1895, the Swarovski family is known for creating flawless crystals.  Noted for its unique colors, coatings and sparkling clarity.  Please join us on Friday and Saturday June 11-12  from 10 AM-5PM.

 

The Bead Museum Store is busy this month.  We are hosting another wonderful trunk show starting Friday June 25-Sunday June 27.  PERLAMORE will bring the finest Murano glass beads, lined with sterling silver or 18K gold.  All the beads have a wide hole to work with other popular brands (Pandora) or to create something new.

 

On-Line Auction  

The on-line auction will be up and running soon. We are setting up an account with E-Bay Giving Works (Thank You Elizabeth Bennett at Africa Direct for pointing us in this direction !) Through Giving Works we will be able to put products for auction or sale to benefit the museum and have the value of E-Bay advertising to bring people to our products. The great thing about this is that vendors from around the country will also be able to put items up for sale and give a percentage or the entire amount to benefit the museum ! We are excited about the possibilities and will send out a separate email once we are up and running. Please think about what you have or who you know that can donate quality items towards this project on E-Bay !
