Creating this brooch was a fun process. I began with a simple plastic shower curtain ring. The ring was white so I spray painted it blue to enhance the colors of my Arizona Bead Soup.
I covered the ring with right angle off loom bead weaving stitch using size 11 seed beads. The beaded ring was then adorned with a unique vintage glass face button in the middle. Drop beads were clustered at the top of the ring and fringe added to complete a Happy Face Brooch.
