Here is Sandy Evans. Her Creative Knitting pieces are worth the trip to Prescott.
This show will run through October 14, 2008.

Anne Marston, pictured on the right has several hand woven pieces along with many skeins of her hand spun yarn in this fiber art show.
Rowena Tank, Kathy Kelly and Michelle Veatch not pictured are among the local spinners and weavers taking part in this show.
If you are a knitter and you would like to make something special for a holiday gift or you just want a one-of-a-kind piece for yourself ......don't wait for all of the hand spun skeins to be sold.
I was amazed to visit Arts Prescott Cooperative Gallery yesterday to find many skeins sold from the guest artist show. This is the chance to knit with hand spun yarn yourself. After knitting using hand spun you just might decide to learn to spin also.
This week we celebrate National Spinning and Weaving Week. You can find more information about this event at:

Carma Koester enjoys spinning and weaving on a daily basis. She teaches at Studio Three here in Prescott and travels throughout the state to share her knowledge of both spinning and weaving.
Carma is pictured next to the hand spun yarns at the Fiber Show.
