Attention Off Loom Bead Weavers, Knitters and anyone using sewing, tapestry or bead needles; here is a must have. Alone the feel of this smooth and beautiful wood makes you want to take it home. I will never be without needles again while creating Off Loom Bead Woven pieces outside of my studio.
Brenda Behrens is new at Arts Prescott Cooperative Gallery and today I was perusing her work and I found a bowl with these wonderful needle holders. I had not seen them before and I immediately had to have this one. Note the loose ring around the neck. This is a treasure for sure and it would also make a very SPECIAL gift.
Brenda Behrens is a wood turner and carver who began studying her art in Japan in the early 60's. She is widely published in magazines and newspapers around the world. Her woodcarvings developed into the portraying of flowers and plant life into the surface of the wood. She is now carving vessels and sculptures of various sizes and dimensions. Being new at Arts Prescott Brenda brings wood turning and carving back into the gallery.
